Obsidian Window Tinting

I had a great experience getting my windows tinted. I accidentally showed up a day early for my appointment, and instead of making me come back, he said, "You're already here. I don't want to make you drive back. I'll just move my schedule around and take care of you." That level of customer service alone impressed me. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and took the time to explain all of the tint options and pricing without ever making me feel pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. His wife also helped with the tint installation, and she did an amazing job. Together they make a fantastic team, and the attention to detail really shows in the final product. The tint came out absolutely perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for high-quality work, honest people, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be coming back and sending friends and family their way

Im very happy I found Obsidian and VERY pleased with the excellent job they completed. The entire experience was top notch. From the quote to the pick up, Jonathan was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I was a little indecisive as to how dark I wanted to go and happy that I went with his recommendation. It honestly feels like an entirely different car and I wish I would have done it sooner. Highly recommend!

Despite the busy holiday weekend I was able to book an appointment last minute with these guys and I couldn’t be more thankful! 👏🏽 The attention to detail and craftsmanship is first class you can tell they care about their work and the way they go over your options and explain the differences makes you feel like you aren’t being taken advantage of but actually understand what meets your needs and preferences 🙏🏽
